Drawing inspiration from Plague Inc. and Shrouded Isle, The Shadow Government Simulator is a game that places you in charge of a secret Illuminati style organisation that controls the world. You’ll attempt to infiltrate the governments of countries from around the world and use subterfuge to bend them to your will. You’ll need to be careful though, the more powerful you become, the more visible you’ll be on a global scale and the more countries will fight back.
