The Ward is a surreal and unsettling little horror adventure where you make some very strange friends and have a nice home cooked meal in the creepy ward that you’re trapped in.
In The Ward you find yourself trapped inside a strange facility whose inhabitants all look like they’ve stepped out of a freaky John Carpenter horror movie. Appearances can be deceiving though, they’re all reasonably friendly, especially the weird pig-man monster who asks you to find him something to eat, something to smoke and something to watch. In doing so you’ll meet the rest of the characters in The Ward, each of which are incredibly freaky looking and ask you for a favor.
Taking around 10 minutes to play through, it’s a very weird little game where the monsters aren’t quite as monstrous as they first look. Maybe you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, and besides, if you look down at your own in-game body then you’ll notice that you’re not exactly normal either!
