Tiny Soccer is a fun little Sensible Soccer inspired retro football game with fast-paced arcadey, top-down football matches between cute little pixelated footballers.
Harkening back to the glory days of Sensible Soccer, Tiny Soccer is a retro football game that’s easy to pick up and play. You don’t need to learn lots of trickshots and skill moves in Tiny Soccer – you just need to be able to run, tackle, pass and shoot. The current demo build features 16 playable national teams (with slightly altered names of official players) and allows you to face off in friendly matches against another player or the computer.
It’s a fun game that does a great job of capturing the nostalgia of Sensible Soccer, while also playing a lot better than Sensible Software’s classic. The players are easy to control and there’s a good flow to the matches. Also the audio does a great job of building atmosphere and the pixelated visuals allow for a surprising amount of detail.
