Triple Agent is a fun looking new party game for iOS and Android devices, designed to offer participants an intense ten minutes of deception, cunning and detection as they attempt to figure out which of them are double agents.
Played in groups of 5-9 people using a single phone, in Triple Agent each player is given assigned a role of either a member of The Service or a double agent who works for a shadowy organisation known as ‘VIRUS’. Players then pass the phone around as it gives them events that can reveal info on other agents, make them switch sides or give them a different win condition. At the end of each ten minute match, the players then all have to attempt to guess who the double agent is, with The Service winning if they guess right or losing if they don’t.
It’s a fun looking game that shares similarities with board games such as The Resistance and Secret Hitler, but with short 10 minute matches and the convenience of being playable with a single smart phone that could make it perfect for whipping out at parties.
