Ultimate Godspeed is a Mario Kart-esque multiplayer racing party game where devine entities compete to see who is the fastest across challenging race tracks.
Playable in single-player and online or local multiplayer, Ultimate Godspeed sees gods racing in chaotic Mario Kart style races. Interestingly, rather than picking up weapons, you pick up objects that you can place on the track. This includes hazards, such as lava pits and rotating saw blades, but it also includes ramps and bridges that you can use to build shortcuts. Another big difference is that it’s not necessarily the fastest player that wins – players are awarded points for speed, coins collected and players assassinated, and whoever earns the most wins.
It looks fast and fun, and it’s got some interesting new ideas that should offer a nice twist on the party racing game genre. Sign up for the Beta to become a god of speed.
