VACUULUS is a very intense first person horror game where you attempt to clean up your messy house while being stalked by a huge vacuum cleaner monster.
In VACUULUS you take on the role of a young boy who would rather play video games than tidy up after himself (we’ve all been there). However his slobbish behaviour hasn’t just annoyed his mother, it’s attracted the attention of The Vacuum Man – a legendary monster that is essentially a huge walking vacuum cleaner.
The Vacuum Man is now stalking your home looking to suck up the lazy little boy who created all that mess. Legend says that the only way to get rid of him is to clean up your house, but that’s easier said than done when there’s a seven foot vacuum cleaner hunting you down! You need to make use of hiding spots and manage your stamina as you sneak (and run) around the house tidying up.
It’s a lighthearted game with a fun sense of humor and a delightful silly premise, but VACUULUS is also surprisingly tense and terrifying. The Vacuum Man is on a formidable foe and there’s a real sense of panic when he spots you and gives chase. Be warned though – you may jump the next time you see a Roomba coming around a corner!
