Visage is a stylish dual control puzzle platformer where you control a character and a mystica mask as they fight a mysterious infection that’s causing people to lose their faces.
Created by students of the DigiPen Institute of Technology, Visage is a fun little single-player cooperative puzzle platformer where you control your character with the left analog stick and their mystical mask with the right analog stick. There are three different masks that you find on your adventures, all of which fan fly and squeeze through tight spaces, but also all of which bestow your hero with different abilities – such as being able to use melee attacks, dash or use a shield. You need to guide your hero and their masks through labyrinthine tunnels full of puzzles and deadly enemies as you attempt to stop the infection that’s stealing the faces of your people.
Taking around 20 minutes to play through, it’s a fun little puzzle platforming adventure that makes great use of the masks’ different abilities and the ways your character and their masks can cooperate with each other. A well crafted masked adventure well worth checking out.
