Vital Decisions is a cooperative emergency room management game for up to eight players, where you diagnose patients, administer treatments, and fight to keep a chaotic hospital shift from completely spiraling out of control.
In Vital Decisions you measure vital signs, consult your medical manual, and run blood tests, ECGs, X-rays, and CT scans to identify each patient’s condition before prescribing the right medication, applying splints, stopping bleeding, or performing specialized procedures. Patients can stabilize, develop complications, or reveal an incorrect diagnosis at any moment, demanding constant monitoring and quick adaptation under mounting pressure. You also manage bed availability, medicine supplies, and hospital upgrades as increasingly complex cases arrive throughout each shift.
